March Women's Soul Circle

Nothing is more powerful than when women come together to connect to themselves on a deeper level, and share a deep connection with one another.

The purpose of this group is for women to come together in a safe & nurturing space, to help those who are feeling stuck by guiding you back to yourself through a variety of modalities.  To help you connect deeply within yourself, moving beyond your own blocks, re-lighting your inner light, and cultivating more confidence in sharing your light openly.  To heal & connect to your deepest purpose & allow what is being called to flow through you and into this world.

These will run monthly on a Friday, and will be an intimate group held in my home.

Throughout these sessions, we'll explore different tools to assist us, including breath, movement, cacao, energy healing, sound healing, journeying, journaling, oracle cards, essential oils, inner child work, past life/ancestral healing, chakra alignment & connecting with nature.  This circle will be intuitively lead and will take shape as we go, trusting the flow of the energy.

Ceremonial Cacao will be on offer, and we’ll share some light refreshments to ground us back in.
