Saturday & Sunday are both full days of workshops within the weekend’s theme of Women's Wisdom for Your Own Body! A weekend of experiences to deepen your self care and self wisdom as the unique, wild and wonderful woman that you are!

Sunday afternoon finishes with a Wise Woman Within You Closing Circle.

Choose to come to one or both days - see ticketing. Bookings essential.

Part 1:
*Mayan Abdominal Womb Massage with Sue Jones including wonderful information about your pelvis, womb, and more.

Each woman will learn to do this HERSELF 1-1 over the day with Sue.

Light morning tea/endless cuppas

Continued session with Sue so each of you will get individual attention so you will be confident when you leave to continue this important practice with yourself.

Lunch: BYO - please bring a light healthy lunch.
We will eat lightly so as to support ourselves for the womb massage we will learn and do ourselves, on ourselves.

Part 2:

Sue Jones guiding us in using castor oil packs for healing and womb health.

All materials provided.

Endless cuppas & snacks provided.

Sue continues offering us her experience and wisdom throughout the afternoon with showing us how to do vaginal (Yoni) steaming with herbs which she will supply.

BYO Milk Crate or Chair with slatted seating (so the steam can move thru), 2 towels or sarongs for the massage, 2 pillows. Includes the massage oil and herbs you will use for both sessions.

Plus she will have all materials available for purchase on the day to take home to continue your practice of self care.

If time allows she will also share about Spiritual bathing.

Dinner: Shared meal - this meal together builds community and connection. Bring a small plate to share with all ingredients labeled, thank you.

Evening: Connection within the power of the Wise Woman Within You Circle with Joan Carpenter; where you are held and heard as you share from your heart in a safe, confidential and nonjudgmental space. Powerful to experience if you haven't sat in Circle before as you may hear from across the Circle the words you have been needing to hear for your own journey. Magical. Pay Joan directly if you decide to stay for this on the day. *Included in 2 day ticket @$20 each.

Stay overnight in the bunk style accommodation or camp or go home to your own bed. Fee included in 2 day ticketing otherwise @$30

Part 1:

Cathryn Nitschke -
How moving out of the old science paradigm into the new quantum physics model (all is one in the quantum field) supports spiritual evolution and understanding.

Cathryn will share knowledge in how quantum physics supports spiritual experiences, guide us in Meditation, and share The Work of Byron Katie (which is a deeply enriching way to take you into Self Inquiry or your story to realize where your thoughts bring more stress than peace with a way to transform those thoughts - very powerful).

Morning tea/endless cuppas will be woven in around Cathryn's session.

Sunday Afternoon

Part 2:
Nic Smith - Breast care and massage; dry brushing and more.

Each woman will learn how to easily do her own body care so she can continue this routine into her daily life.
Plus receive a free Body brush, Breast Oil & Booklet

Endless cuppas & snacks provided.

Part 3:

Joan Carpenter - Closing Circle: A time to share and be heard as we conclude our weekend together - gathering the gems received and wisdom learned.

Afterwards: Tour The Farm for Wellbeing - find out about how to have your own Solo Retreat here in the future.

Relax & wander on our 24 acres of bush land amidst bird song and nature nurturing you. Unwind as you rest in one of the hanging chairs or hammocks during lunch or the breaks.
