🕉️ Join me for 60 minutes of Kundalini Yoga - a practice that includes yoga asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, and meditation

🕉️ Integrate the journey of the yoga with 30 minutes of intuitive sound alchemy as you lie in final shivasana

What to Know or Bring:

Wear Comfy Clothes/Layers
Yoga Mat
Meditation Cushion and/or blankets to prop your hips up for seated asana and meditation. Blankets may also be useful while in final shivasana to get cozy and relax for sound healing.
Water

This class requires a minimum number of 4 participants, so please share this event! If 4 people have not registered at least 60 minutes prior to class time, class will be canceled and your ticket refunded. This will help me cover the costs of renting the space to provide this session. You will be able to cancel your ticket up to 24 hours prior to class start time for a full refund.
