TEXAS MARCH FOR ISRAEL!

Join us for our Texas March for Israel THIS SUNDAY @ 2PM at Salado Park! It's time to stand up, make our voices heard and march for Israel! 

DATE & TIME: Sunday, October 22nd @ 2:00PM (Please give yourself enough time to park and walk over to our starting point at Salado Park).

START POINT: Salado Park - 16401 Salado Dr, Dallas, TX 75248 (Please Note: our route down Preston Ridge Trail runs directly adjacent to Meandering Way)

END POINT: Preston Ridge Trail Sunset Point - Dallas, TX 75252

WHAT TO BRING: Israel & US Flags, Pro-Israel Signs, Pro-Israel Banners, Pro-Israel Gear, and Pro-Israel Spirit! You may also want to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and an insulated water bottle. *If you would like to donate essential items for Israeli soldiers & families please bring them tomorrow as well! There will be a drop box available on-site. (please see the full list of items wanted below).

WHAT YOU MAY NOT BRING:
Anti-Israel Signs, Anti-Israel Clothing, Anti-Israel Flags or Anti-Israel Propaganda. No Fireworks. Please do your best to not bring glass bottles or containers.

ATTIRE: Casual

PARKING: Guests may park around Salado Park, Bowie Elementary School, and on both sides of La Manga Drive, Salado Drive, Carta Valley Drive and surrounding streets. Once parked participants should make their way to the middle of Salado Park which is where we will gather before starting our march together. 

TRANSPORTATION FROM END POINT BACK TO STARTING POINT: Allen Limo, ECS Transportation Group and Dallas Omni Care will be shuttling people in busses from our "end point" at Preston Ridge Trail Sunset Point to our "starting point" at Saledo Park between 3:30PM - 5:00PM, so folks can get back to their cars more easily. 

FOOD & DRINK:
We will have lots of bottled water available for participants (while supplies last). Participants are also encouraged to bring their own water bottles and snacks for the March if they would like. *We kindly ask that you do not leave trash behind at the park or along the trail. Thank you. 

MUSIC:
Former IDF Commander and Singer/Guitarist Pdaya Halperin along with Israeli music will get us ready for the march! 

OUR SECURITY:
We will have both uniformed and plainclothes officers present courtesy of the Dallas Police Department, Texas Protective Security and Paradin Security Solutions.

EVENT SCHEDULE:
2:00PM - 2:30PM -- Participants gather at Salado Park. Music and Remarks from Special Guest Speakers to get folks prepared and ready for the March. 

2:30PM - 3:30PM -- The March Begins. We will all march together along 'Preston Ridge Trail' until we reach our end point at 'Preston Ridge Trail Sunset Point'. (Preston Ridge Trail runs right adjacent to Meandering Way.) 

3:30PM - 5:00PM -- Buses courtesy of Allen Limo, ECS Transportation Group and Dallas Omni Care will be lined up near Preston Ridge Trail at Sunset Point to shuttle participants back to Salado Park that would like a ride.

BRING ESSENTIAL ITEMS TO HELP ISRAELI SOLDIERS & THEIR FAMILIES ON SUNDAY! (info Below):

Element Moving & Storage is sending shipments directly to families and soldiers in Israel who desperately need items like Socks, Underwear, Disposables, Towels, Blankets, Sheets, Deodorant, Toothpaste, Tooth Brushes, Soap, Shampoo, Batteries, Thermal Clothing, Flashlights, Phone Chargers and more! Attendees are encouraged to bring supplies to our upcoming event which can be donated and dropped off at the Element Moving & Storage truck that will be located by the starting point of the march.
