Hello beautiful breathers!

Jemma here!

Come and join me for a fully guided group breathwork journey!

In this immersive 2.5 workshop you will experience a deeper connection with yourself, your body, your emotions and your breath - plus the opportunity to connect with beautiful, like-minded community. This is the perfect space for beginners to be held, ask questions and dive deep, as well as experienced breathers who have already started their healing journey with breath.

Breathwork is a powerful tool we can use to better understand ourselves, release trauma, to anchor further into presence and to become better resourced at handling daily life stressors. You are your own healer, and breathwork is a direct gateway to access this inherit power within us.

We will use the Sacred Breath Method which is a nose inhale approach of conscious connected breathing for deep and safe unwinding and healing.

Thank you in advance for trusting me to support and guide you through your breathwork journey. I feel deeply honoured to be able to share this powerful medicine with my community and to witness the transformation and experiences that unfold in-front of me. I found breathwork in 2021 when I was lost in the darkness of depression. After a 5 day retreat my life was never the same again. With each breathwork journey I participate in, I watch myself change and grow. Every breathwork journey is different, but accessing my personal power has been the most life changing thing for me. The magic of group journeys is so special to me, you just wait and you'll see.
