This particular journey is focused on the heart space. The heart is where we have to come back to as a collective and it is through the wisdom of the heart that we can heal ourselves and as a result heal the planet. Using a specific process of tools listed below you have the opportunity to really drop into your heart centre and reclaim the love, joy, bliss and wholeness you deserve.

We just have to come back to the wisdom of the heart.

My intention is to guide a deeply transformative experience where you will drop into altered states of consciousness and be safe to feel the entire spectrum of this human experience.

-Breathwork Techniques for self-practice to regulate the nervous system on a daily basis

-Guided Meditation and Visualisation for creating clarity and connection

-Somatic Embodiment Exercises to access and move stuck energy and specific emotions

-Shamanic Breathwork Journey for safely releasing and transmuting old stories and past traumas safely!

-Connection Circle to realise you are never alone on this journey
