Indulge in a lavish foodie journey with our exclusive 6-course Truffle Degustation Lunch, a gastronomic celebration dedicated to the revered essence of truffles. Nestled overlooking the Bettenays lake and vineyard, enjoy a long lunch with friends. Our menu will be prepared by renowned Chef Augi. Chef Augi's culinary journey began in Lima Peru and has taken him around world honing is skills at places such as Montreal's Chateau Champlain, The Millhouse Flinders Lane Melboure, Billie Holiday in Claremont and Amelia Park Lodge in the Soutwest. 

Moira and Guy from Margaret River Gourmet Truffle are producers of Black Perigord truffles. Guy has a passion for truffles and their truffles are harvest from the the first truffle orchard in the Cape region. Guy will be joining our long table lunch to share with us a little more about the revered truffle.
