Join us for MARGARITA TIME with author and cocktail aficionado Caroline Pardillla, featuring an array of handcrafted margaritas from her new cocktail book Margarita Time created with spirits from Tromba Tequila. We’ll start by mingling with margs on our patio for a meet+greet and book signing, then transition to our private dining room for a 3-course dinner complete with margarita pairings (non-alcoholic versions made with Cut Above spirit-free tequila will be also available).

Plus, live music by Ortal Edri, a masterclass with distillers from Tromba Tequila, a live speaker from the non-profit CHIRLA, and a Q+A session with Caroline Pardilla and Gracias Madre Bar Manager Doug Cameron.
