Event description

Join us for MARGARITA TIME with author and cocktail aficionado Caroline Pardillla, featuring an array of handcrafted margaritas from her new cocktail book Margarita Time.

We’ll start by mingling with margs on our beautiful patio with a meet+greet and book signing with Caroline. We’ll then transition to our private dining room for a seated 3-course dinner with margarita pairings, plus live music and a Q+A with Caroline & Gracias Madre Bar Manager Doug Cameron.

YOUR TICKET INCLUDES...

  • 2 cocktails during our meet+greet mixer on the patio from 6-7PM, with a chance to purchase a signed copy of Caroline’s book Margarita Time

  • A seated, 3-course plant-based dinner from 7-9PM, featuring 3 margarita pairings from Caroline’s book Margarita Time

  • Q+A with Caroline and our Bar Manager Doug Cameron

  • Live music entertainment throughout the evening

MEET CAROLINE PARDILLA

Caroline Pardilla was one of the first cocktail bloggers in Los Angeles, garnering awards and accolades from LA Weekly and CBS Los Angeles. Caroline went on to cover the local and national cocktail scene for online publications, such as Eater, LA Weekly, and Liquor, as well as magazines, such as Los Angeles Magazine, where she was the publication’s first online drinks editor. Currently, Caroline is the digital content editor for Imbibe magazine. She lives in Los Angeles with her partner and their pitbull-mastiff rescue.
