Come and join us on our 2023 Margaritaville 4WD Mini Bash - Raising money for Variety Qld - The Childrens Charity
30/09/23 to 02/11/23
Leaving Rathdowney on Saturday morning (30/09/2023) and returning to the Beechmont Hotel on Monday afternoon (02/10/2023) with Sunday exploring the Clarence River, Richmond Range National Park and a few other surprises. Please arrive to Rathdowney by 08.00am for an 08.15am departure time.
Two nights Glamping (under roof) at a private property with 2 Breakfasts, 3 Lunches and 2 Dinners provided with all proceeds going to Variety Queensland the Childrens Charity. You will only need your bedding as there are three large undercover structures and showers and toilet facilities.
This is an ideal way to get a taste of and experience some of what the Variety High Country 4WD Adventure will be like in November.
The Event is designed for touring and as such is not extreme 4wd and vehicles with a reasonable ground clearance will be fine.
This is an all ages event, children are welcome.
Themes:
Friday: Thank God it’s Friday! - Wear your school uniform.
Saturday: Hearts & Hats.
Sunday: Your car theme.
Costs:
$50 car Entry, Tax Deductible donation directly to Variety which will also get you a ticket in our Lucky door prize.
$200 per head provisions levy. Including 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches & 2 dinners + entertainment & camping.
