Maribyrnong for Yes - Campaign Debrief

We warmly invite you to our Maribyrnong for Yes Campaign Debrief.  This 2 hour session will provide an opportunity for us to: 

• Check in with one another after the campaign
• Reflect upon our personal experiences - the beautiful as well as the challenging and identify any lessons learned to carry forward
• Get a sense of who might be interested in building a local ally network for future support of First Nations/Reconciliation work.

Some of you may be keen to ‘get on with the doing’ in the work to support First Nations people. At this moment, however, we are waiting to hear from First Nations leaders/organisations about how we can focus our efforts to continue working and supporting Indigenous peoples beyond the referendum. The intention is to have another gathering in the next few months to discuss organising future work as more information comes to light and directions become clearer.
