This Girl Can – Victoria celebrates and supports Victorian women (yep, you!) to embrace physical activity in a way that suits you. Whether it’s a little or a lot, what matters is getting some movement into your day.

Maribyrnong Girls Can is providing free and fun physical activity and wellbeing programs around the City of Maribyrnong.

Program Description:

Girls only basketball training for players new to the game or wanting to improve their skills in an open, friendly and knowledgeable environment.

Suitable for: Girls aged 13-18 years old.

Maribyrnong Girls Can is an inclusive program and welcomes all who identify as women, from all cultural backgrounds and abilities.

What to bring: Wear active wear and runners. Bring a water bottle.

Where to meet: Go to Reception inside RecWest Braybrook

Cancellation policy - Inclement weather

• In the case of inclement weather and a program needing to be cancelled, you will be notified via email with at least 2 hours warning prior to the commencement of your program.

• If you do not receive a cancellation email, it means the program is still being delivered.

Please notify the facilitator at the start of the session if you have any injuries or restrictions to movement so that these can be accommodated.
