Come along and enjoy a sweet combination of breath, meditation, Reiki, sound, and a refreshing bathe at Half Moon Bay. Stay for community connection, and a hot cup of chai!

We will settle in with a nourishing and cleansing breathwork practice, followed by a guided meditation with Reiki to connect and ground you to land, self, and each-other. You will then feel the soothing vibrations of a hypnotic drum, Himalayan sound bowl, and earth chime to evoke the spirit of Mother Gaia, allowing you to fully surrender, reset, and ground your nervous system.

A bathe in the bay will leave you feeling energised and supported!

> A towel to lay on (maybe an extra one to wrap around you or to lie under during breath and meditation), and to use post swim
> Water bottle
> Your favourite vessel for a cup of hot chai
> Come wearing your togs ready for a bathe in the bay post breath, meditation, and sound.
