Come along and enjoy a sweet combination of breath, meditation, Reiki, and sound in the cosy Arnold Street Studio. Stay for community connection, and a hot cup of chai!
We will settle in with a nourishing and cleansing breathwork practice, followed by a guided meditation with Reiki to connect and ground you to land, self, and each-other. You will then feel the soothing vibrations of a hypnotic drum, Himalayan sound bowl, and earth chime to evoke the spirit of Mother Gaia, allowing you to fully surrender, reset, and ground your nervous system.
Stay to enjoy a cup of hot chai and connect with your MARIGOLD community.
