**PLEASE NOTE THIS RSVP LINK IS FOR MARIST COLLEGE ASHGROVE STUDENTS ONLY. TICKETS PURCHASED FOR NON-MARIST STUDENTS WILL BE CANCELLED. ALL ATTENDEES OF THE DANCE WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW THEIR SCHOOL STUDENT ID TO VERIFY THEIR DETAILS**

On Tuesday 15 August, Marist College Ashgrove will be hosting a Year 7-8 Dance in the Champagnat Centre. The Dance is open to those students from invited girls' schools only, from Years 7 and 8.

Tickets
No tickets will be sold at the door – anyone without a ticket online through Humanitix will be refused entry. Parents will be required to give contact details upon purchase of a ticket. The $20.00 ticket price includes entry to the dance, a bottle of water and a packet of chips. 

Money raised from this event will go towards supporting Marist Solidarity programs. Soft drinks ($3) and lollies ($2) will be available for purchasing on the evening via EFTPOS facilities, Marist student ID card or cash (correct money would be appreciated).

Students will need to show their ticket which will be scanned on the door prior to entry. Students must also present their current Student ID with photo to gain entry.

Timings and collection of students
The dance will be fully supervised by parents and staff from the College and will run from 6:30pm-9:00pm (check in from 6.15 pm). No student will be admitted after 7:30pm, nor will anyone be able to leave the dance until its conclusion. When purchasing tickets, parents will be required to indicate who is responsible for transporting their child home. At the conclusion of the dance, parents (or nominated others) will be required to be present outside the gymnasium to collect their children.

Behaviour and dress
Entry will be refused to any student who does not comply with dress standards and their parents will be contacted to organise collection.

Please be aware that the dance is open only to invited girls’ schools and year 7 and 8 students from Marist College Ashgrove. No other persons are permitted entry. Normal school rules regarding smoking, alcohol and behaviour will apply.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

• No admittance without ticket and current school photo ID.
• School Rules apply - no mobile phones to be bought into the Champagnat Centre. If you need to bring a phone, it must be handed in on arrival and can be collected at the end of the evening.
• School Rules apply – no smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs. Any student suspected of being impacted will have their parent/guardian contacted.
• Acceptable modest, neat clothing required – entry will be refused for inappropriate dress standards.
• Must be wearing closed in shoes.
• Failure to comply with dress code or code of behaviour may, at the sole discretion of the school, result in a parent being contacted and the student being refused entry to the dance or exclusion from it.
• Do not bring bags/backpacks with you to the dance. Cloakroom facilities will not be available.
• Chewing gum is NOT allowed
• Personal water bottles may not be bought from home.
