Event description

The Uniting Church's 'Fair Treatment' campaign asks the NSW Government to introduce a compassionate, health-based response to drug dependency, and to increase access to treatment services, especially in rural and regional areas.

Engadine Uniting Church is please to welcome the Hon Mark Speakman, NSW Attorney General and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, to speak and answer questions about the Government's law reform and justice agenda. This includes:

  • Sentencing
  • Drug Law Reform
  • Age of criminal responsibility
  • Diversion from the criminal justice system
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander justice issues
