Mark Williams - Now and Then

For fifty years, Mark Williams has remained one of Australasia’s most versatile and enduring performers.  His remarkable career began in 1975, when he made history as the first Kiwi artist to top the Aotearoa charts with ‘Yesterday Was Just The Beginning Of My Life’.  Fifty years on and his legacy continues to shine, from platinum-selling, chart-topping solo hits, to his extraordinary list of collaborations, to his two-decade ‘stint’ fronting Dragon, Mark Williams can be defined as one of the hardest-working and most respected performers of his generation.

In 2024, Williams reignited his solo career with a highly-praised return as the support act for Boney M’s sold-out Australasian tour.  Building on that momentum, his Now and Then concert series celebrates this golden milestone, merging the hits that made him a household name with the music and stories that shaped his journey. Mark Williams’ ability to continually reinvent himself while staying true to his soulful roots and distinctive voice is proof that artistry, persistence, and passion never fade.

Following the success of last year’s debut Now and Then at The Bridge Hotel, Mark Williams returns to Rozelle with Now and Then - Hit Replay on Friday, 12th December 2025, to close out the year with a celebration of five decades of song.
