Come along and listen to Declan McDonald, a regenerative soil expert from Victoria, as he discusses management practices to improve your soil health. Declan will cover the interesting balance between the chemical, physical, and biological properties of your soil, effective soil testing, and laboratory soil test interpretations.
Phil O’Donnell & Jimmy Zerella, experienced small-scale producers from Gardners Bay Farm, will take us on a tour of their impressive market garden.
