Declan will cover the interesting balance between the chemical, physical, and biological properties of your soil, effective soil testing, and laboratory soil test interpretations. 

Phil O’Donnell & Jimmy Zerella, experienced small-scale producers from Gardners Bay Farm, will take us on a tour of their impressive market garden.
