Marlborough Alumni Meet-up: Bayleys
Description
Join us for an inspiring lunchtime gathering of connection and insight, hearing from three Marlborough business owners who've each navigated growth, change and challenge in their own way.
Meet Glenn Dick — Owner, Bayleys Top of the South
Glenn will share Bayleys Top of the South's story of growth both locally and beyond the region. He's seen first-hand the importance of surrounding himself with the right people and investing not only in the business but in the people inside it — a great story of reshaping how they do business and empowering the team to achieve their goals.
Two more Marlborough business owners joining us on the theme:
Karen Draper & Jason Gluer (Wallace Diack +MORE) — "Adapting and diversifying to succeed in a disrupted industry"
Duncan McFarlane (Indevin founder and Chairman of Icehouse) — "The constant challenge of adversity"
This is your chance to:
Reconnect with fellow alumni from the Marlborough region
Hear three different perspectives on leadership, resilience and building a business that lasts
Spark new ideas through conversation with peers who've been there
Bring a guest! Alumni are welcome to bring along one guest who might benefit from an Icehouse programme one day. Please register them at the same time as your register yourself.
