Marrickville High School CAPA Showcase 2025
Event description
Come along and be dazzled by Marrickville High School's Creative and Performing Arts Talent (CAPA), including special performances by students from Wilkins, Marrickville and Stanmore Public School, at the annual MHS CAPA Showcase on Wednesday 24 September from 5:30pm - 8:00pm. Tickets are free.
The line-up includes; Jazz Band, 7 Rock Band, 8/9 Rock Band, 10 Rock Band, Senior Rock Band, Choir, and individual music performances, Drama performances by junior and senior ensembles. A Visual Arts exhibition featuring works by junior and senior VA students will also be on display in the hall.
No need to worry about dinner - our wonderful P&C and friends will be cooking up a BBQ storm in the community kitchen. A range of drinks and sweet treats will also be on sale to enjoy. Cash and card accepted.

We completely understand the urge to head out after your child’s performance - but we kindly ask you to stay until the end of the act wherever possible. Every student has worked hard and deserves a full, supportive audience. Your presence makes a big difference to them all. Thank you!
