This INTERMEDIATE level class will focus on the fundamentals of Graham technique and show how to use these fundamentals to express emotion through the body. Using contraction, release, spiral and shift of weight, we will begin with the floor and progress to standing and finally moving through space. We will also take these fundamentals and use them to create gestures with the body, giving us the ability to tell complex emotional stories through movement.

WHO: Open to dancers 13 and up
What should you wear? No shoes needed, and any clothing you can move in(preferably dance-oriented).
