Event description

Turbulence is sweeping workplaces. Conventional leadership ‘playbooks’ are obsolete. Leaders are bunkered down: reacting, fatigued and overwhelmed.

It doesn’t have to be like this.

Hear from a visionary leader shaping the future of education and work Professor Martin Bean CBE, as he details his strategy to equip leaders to navigate disruption, calibrate their mindset and unlock the potential of their teams. This session will explore the lessons learned from navigating adversity following the upheaval in education COVID-19 ushered in and from the relentless disruption that has continued to this day.

Based on his recently published book, Toolkit for Turbulence, this program will introduce you to a series of tools and models to help you understand where you are today, and where you may wish to go in the future, to embrace disruption and turn adversity into advantage.

We'll also have a special case study presentation by Nicholas Jenkins from Language Confidence.
