We are pleased to share that the Uplyft early childhood approach program is delivering Marvellous Mealtimes - a workshop series to support parents to navigate mealtimes at home. Attending the full series (all three workshops) is required to build your knowledge around mealtimes routines and strategies.

These workshops will be presented online by paediatric allied health professionals and early childhood teachers.

This series will run in May 2027 on the following dates, during school hours:

Monday 3rd of May, 10:00am-12pm
Monday 17th of May, 10:00am-12pm
Monday 31st of May, 10:00am-12pm

The sessions will be hosted online. Online event is held via Microsoft Teams. Link to access will be sent out to registered participants the week of the first event.

The aim of the interactive workshop series is to build the capacity of families to create and encourage positive mealtimes. We will be providing information about factors influencing children at mealtimes, practical strategies families and carers can use at home to encourage playful food exploration and bring joy back into their mealtimes, and when and where to seek specialised help for feeding challenges.
