This is a wall art poster which has been designed as a tool for you to explore masculinity. This infographic poster uses spiritual artwork to describe the four universal archetypes within the psyche of men and their eight shadow expressions.

The aim of this work with masculine energy is to psychologically integrate each archetype in its health. This means moving from immature and polarised shadow behaviour to fully mature and healthy masculinity.

This concept is profound and has helped many to change the way they look at themselves. The teachings come from Robert L. Moore (a Jungian psychoanalyst) and Douglas Gillette (a mythologist) who wrote a famous book called "King, Warrior, Magician, Lover".
