9:00 am: Driving Range/Putting Green Open for practice (Range Balls included)
10:00 am: Shot Gun Start Electric Carts with GPS Included

(Take the best drive of the four players. Then, every player plays their ball from that drive, in from that point, and finishes the hole. The best ball on that hole is the score for the team) *Must use at least three drives from Each Player in the 18 holes

Long Drive contest for Men and Women
Breakfast Sandwiches, Coffee, and Juices Served
Box Lunches are served at the turn.
HOLE-in-ONE Win a 2024 JEEP Wrangler Free 3 year Lease
3:00/3:30 pm to 5:00 pm: Dinner Served, Awards Ceremony

Dinner and Award Ceremony will be Served immediately upon conclusion of your round.

Raffle Tickets will be available at the Registration Table and through Lunch. After Lunch, no raffles will be offered!

**Please respect our host's requirements. We want to be invited back!

*Proper Attire will be enforced: Collared Shirts must be worn. No jeans, tank tops, Cargo Shorts, or cargo pants.

Please Do not bring Personal Coolers or Alcohol onto the Course. Pleasant Valley Golf Course Starters will ask you to leave the premises. We will assign a beverage cart to each nine-holes plus at the turn.

*We are only selling 120 to 128 Tickets so that the course will have a better pace of play and make the round even more enjoyable!

MassCOP Local and Members MUST be in Good Standing with the MassCOP Office to participate in this event.

*The Greens Committee MUST approve all Sponsors as a requirement to participate in this event.
