Master the art of navigating complex challenges: Immerse yourself in the ocean of Systemic Leadership - 6 workshops
Event description
You are a leader or coach who wants to create real impact. You know that beneath every challenge lie hidden dynamics and deep-rooted patterns that shape leadership and organisation. The key to unlocking true potential is to see and harness these forces.
Join us on a transformational journey into Systemic Leadership.
This immersive workshop series isn't just about learning - it is about experiencing a powerful approach that drives meaningful change. Through systemic constellations and coaching, you will develop the tools to navigate complexity, resolve deep-seated issues, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
Each workshop will dive into System Dynamics and embodied processes that reveal unseen influences on individual and collective performance. With a systemic lens you’ll gain fresh insights, uncover leverage points, and create sustainable, high-impact solutions. This series equips you to move through complexity with calm, confidence and a powerful strategic edge.
The 2025 series is a set of 6 workshops, which you can attend individually or as a total series.
May 15. Joining and Belonging
Throughout life, we continually join and belong to different systems— educational, workplaces, communities. This session will shine a light on the currents and patterns that shape our sense of belonging, helping you recognise those which serve you as a leader or coach, and those which may hold you back.
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” – African Proverb
June 19. Exploring Purpose
Organisations are fundamentally about human relationships. For leaders to inspire and mobilise their teams, they must be clear about their own purpose and understand what motivates those around them. When passions align with organisational purpose, momentum follows.
"Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction." – John F. Kennedy
August 7. (RE)Sourcing for wellbeing and resilience
Who and what supports you in sustaining your authentic self and your leadership? In this session, we explore how to identify, access and embody your resources as a wellspring of strength and capacity.
"When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves." - Viktor Frankl
September 11. Recognition
Recognition is a fundamental human need. This session explores and supports leaders to cultivate a culture where individuals feel valued, seen, and included. You’ll gain practical strategies for giving and receiving recognition in ways that deepen trust and engagement.
"The deepest principle in human nature is the craving to be appreciated." – William James
October 16. Authentic Leadership
Great leadership begins from within. This session focuses on disentangling from limiting beliefs and accessing your authentic leadership authority. We’ll explore how to lead from a place of clarity, confidence and presence.
"Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others." – Jack Welch
November 13. Leavings and Endings
Endings in organisations are often unacknowledged or brushed aside. Honouring what is coming to an end allows us to integrate the past, release old loyalties, and create space for the future.
"The past has precedence, the present has priority." – Bert Hellinger
