An exclusive, one-night-only dinner at Supernormal Dining by Broadsheet x Mastercard

This January, in celebration of the tennis, Mastercard and Broadsheet present Serve Festival: a two-week celebration of the finest food, drink and hospitality Melbourne has to offer. From January 14 to 28, during the AO, Serve Festival is dishing up a range of exclusive culinary events with the city’s top chefs, venues and more – exclusively for Mastercard holders.

On Monday January 22, head to Flinders Lane for a one-night-only, priceless experience at Supernormal. One of the many jewels in chef-restaurateur Andrew McConnell’s crown, Supernormal brings together flavours from all over Asia inside a slick yet warm space, enveloped in floor-to-ceiling glass windows adorned with the restaurant’s iconic red neon signage.

House-made kimchi, garlic chive and mussels
Flinders Island scallop with nori cracker and yuzu kosho
Sesame flatbread with whipped avocado and black sesame
Northern-style lamb dumplings with aged vinegar and fermented chilli
Pickled Mandurah blue swimmer crab with fine egg noodles, kombu and tomato dashi
Marinated heirloom tomatoes, plum vinegar and black basil
Wagyu 5+ scotch fillet, smoked yakiniku and spring onion kimchi
Claypot rice with aged soy and preserved vegetables
Summer leaves, zucchini blossom and stone fruit with perilla vinaigrette
Preserved summer cherries, almond and yuzu
