This January, in celebration of the tennis, Mastercard and Broadsheet present Serve Festival: a two-week celebration of the finest food, drink and hospitality Melbourne has to offer. From January 14 to 28, during the AO, Serve Festival is dishing up a range of exclusive culinary events with the city’s top chefs, venues and more – exclusively for Mastercard cardholders.

On Tuesday January 16, head downstairs at South Yarra’s Yugen Tea Bar and into the high-end, below-ground surrounds of Yugen Dining for a one-night-only, priceless experience that is sure to be a very memorable night.

Ume Negroni: Roku Gin, Dolin Dry, Davidson's plum aperitif, plum wine

Hiramasa kingfish with spiced pineapple and aji amarillo dressing

Ocean trout with green peppercorn, celeriac and coconut

Wood-grilled duck leg with cherry, salted plum, miso and kombu
Yugen special fried rice with XO, barbeque pork, prawn and spring onion
Stir-fried Chinese broccoli with black garlic sauce

Passionfruit mochi with umeshu sauce
