Join PWdWA for a practical, supportive online workshop on the changes to NDIS appeals.

Led by our Acting Advocacy Manager, this session will explain the recent changes affecting NDIS review and appeal processes, including what the new timeframes mean and what steps you can take if you disagree with an NDIS decision.

We’ll walk through the process from receiving a decision, requesting an internal review, and taking a matter to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), with a focus on what has changed, important deadlines, and how to prepare and present your case.

Whether you’re currently challenging an NDIS decision, supporting someone through the process, or simply wanting to understand your rights and options, this workshop offers clear information, practical examples, and the opportunity to ask questions in a safe and welcoming environment.

Perfect for: people with disability, families, carers, advocates, support workers, and anyone wanting to better understand NDIS reviews and appeals.
