Led by our Acting Advocacy Manager, this session will explain the recent changes affecting NDIS review and appeal processes, including what the new timeframes mean and what steps you can take if you disagree with an NDIS decision.

We’ll walk through the process from receiving a decision, requesting an internal review, and taking a matter to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), with a focus on what has changed, important deadlines, and how to prepare and present your case.
