Gain an insight into Laith McGregor's daily drawing practice exploring mixed media to inspire your creative process. Laith will guide you through the method he applies in his studio involving creating a collage a day to facilitate ideas and momentum for ongoing work, context and inspiration.

The day begin by creating collages, that will become a point of reference for further artworks, while engaging in a conversation on art, life and the in-between. Using the collages as inspiration, engage in a drawing session using different drawing techniques to help clarify ideas. This Masterclass will help generate alternate and inspiring approaches to art and varied practices, by using the subconscious as a tool for creative potential and a constructive starting point for art making. Let us cut, copy, paste, make, draw, create and think together.

You will walk away with

A minimum of 2 artworks A3 in size, both a collage and drawing on quality paper

Please arrive 10 minutes early to avoid late starts and allow time to find an all-day carpark.

This Masterclass will take place outside the gallery under marquees. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing.

What's the refund policy?

Refund available up to 48 hours before the start time of the masterclass.

Please note: when purchasing your ticket, the Gallery absorbs all related booking fees, however, refunds will include the ticket price less the Humanitix fees (which consists of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined)

What's the cancellation policy?

Minimum bookings required for workshop to proceed. In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, participants will be given sufficient notice along with a full refund
