In this masterclass, you will:

Explore Shadow Work: Dive into the hidden aspects of yourself that shape your thoughts and behaviors. By uncovering and embracing these shadow elements, you’ll begin to dissolve deep-seated blockages like stress, anger, and grief, paving the way for enhanced emotional clarity and resilience.
Reconnect with Your Inner Child: Participate in nurturing practices that foster a connection with your inner child. Address past experiences that impact your current emotional state, encouraging self-compassion and shifting unresolved sadness and unmet needs. This process leads to a more connected and balanced state of being.
Practice Breathwork: Discover breathwork techniques that facilitate emotional release and grounding. Through intentional breathing, you will address underlying blockages, alleviate emotional tension, and cultivate a profound sense of calm and balance, enhancing your overall mental well-being.

Nina is a dedicated advocate for education and personal development with a wealth of experience in career counselling. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to realize their full potential. Nina's journey began with a profound commitment to making a difference in the world. As the former founder of Vivre Co Australia, she was celebrated as a 7 News Young Achiever for her impactful work in supporting underprivileged communities. Nina's dedication was exemplified by her sponsorship of over 60 scholarships for young girls in poverty in Malawi, Africa, reflecting her unwavering commitment to empowering those in need.

However, Nina’s path took an unexpected turn as she faced her own personal struggles. Despite her outward successes, she experienced burnout, depression, anxiety, and relationship trauma. It was through confronting these challenges that Nina discovered the root of her struggles lay in unresolved childhood trauma. This revelation set her on a transformative journey of personal development.

Determined to address her own emotional wounds, Nina immersed herself in holistic practices. Her exploration led her to the powerful world of breathwork. Through this practice, she began to break free from unconscious negative patterns and gain new tools for managing mental health. Her profound transformation fueled her desire to help others navigate their own emotional landscapes. As a Mental Health advocate, Nina is completing studies in Counselling and is actively involved on co-designing a mental health framework.

Today, Nina is completing her a Breathwork Facilitator and the leader of Vivre Wellness. In her role, she guides others towards emotional freedom, helping them overcome mental illness and release deep-seated blockages. Her holistic approach is rooted in her belief that true well-being comes from addressing all aspects of life. Nina’s work continues to support individuals on their journey to self-improvement and fulfilment, making a meaningful impact in her community and beyond.
