Trust is foundational in high functioning teams.

Patrick Lencioni, in his book Five Dysfunctions of a Team, placed "absence of trust" at the base of dysfunction.

In all its forms - be it trust in oneself, trusting others, being worthy of others’ trust - trust underpins highly effective, agile teams, where people can bring their best selves.

The need for agility, speed, engagement, and innovation in complexity has seen the shift to networks of teams, greater levels of autonomy, shifts to collective and distributed leadership, and the need for radical transparency and experimentation.

Trust underpins this shift.

There are many dimensions involved in building, cultivating, repairing and maintaining trust as leaders in teams, in organisations and with all stakeholders.

Chris is an accomplished and seasoned developer of people and teams - she’s known as the team unlocker!

An insightful consultant coach and facilitator, she has extensive experience working with executive and leadership teams, multi-disciplinary and operational teams.

Chris is recognised for her pragmatic and often courageous approach, commercial experience, and her ability to challenge teams and individuals in a positive way. This results in higher levels of clarity and performance at a team and individual level.

In her 21 years of leading consulting firm Power Projects, Chris has worked across a broad range of industries including government, agriculture, design and construction, telecommunications, financial services, tertiary education, FMCG, advertising, pharmaceutical, and the not for profit sector.

She holds a B.Arts (Psychology, Drama) and Post Grad Dip in Organisation Behaviour and is accredited in a wide range of leadership development and discovery tools.
