Event description
Are You Really Compliant? What Every Leader Must Know About Psychosocial Legislation
Psychosocial legislation has been in effect for around three years, yet many leaders are still unsure whether they’re meeting expectations. But compliance is only half the story. At its core, this is about creating a workplace where people feel safe, supported, and able to bring their best to work.
This session blends the legal essentials with the human side of leadership, helping you protect your organisation and strengthen the wellbeing of your team.
What You’ll Walk Away With
A simple framework to assess current compliance and spot the gaps that matter.
Practical examples of what “good” looks like in real workplaces, not theory, but everyday behaviours you can model and encourage.
Clear next steps to reduce risk, meet legislative expectations, and build a safer, healthier environment for your people.
Psychosocial safety isn’t just a regulatory requirement. It’s a signal of good leadership, strong culture, and genuine care for the people who keep your organisation moving.
The legislation has been in place for years. The real question is — are you confident your people feel supported, or is it time for a closer look? Join us and find out.
