The Big Three: Are You Managing the Top Psychosocial Hazards in Manufacturing?

Manufacturing feels the pressure more than most - tight deadlines, high-demand environments and constant operational change. It’s no surprise the same three psychosocial hazards keep showing up across the sector. The real question is whether your organisation is managing them early, effectively and consistently.

This session gets straight to the point. No jargon. No theory. Just the practical actions leaders can take to protect their teams and lift performance in the plant.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A clear understanding of the top three hazards and why they hit manufacturing workplaces harder than other industries.

  • Practical, proven control measures that work in real operations, not just in policy documents.

  • Simple ways to embed ongoing monitoring so you catch issues early, long before they turn into risk, conflict or injury.

If you want a safer, stronger and more stable workplace, this is the one to attend. Leaders who get ahead of these three hazards stay ahead of most problems.

Our Masterclass Presenter:

Liz Tully is the Founder of Mental Wealth at Work and a trusted specialist in workplace mental health and psychosocial safety. With more than two decades of HR experience across industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, retail, travel, telco and blue-collar environments, Liz brings a rare blend of deep expertise and real-world understanding.

She’s known for her practical, supportive approach, helping leaders build workplaces where people genuinely feel safe, valued and able to thrive. As a licensed Mental Health First Aid instructor with lived experience of mental ill-health, Liz partners with organisations with both authority and empathy.

Leaders turn to Liz because she makes the complicated clear, the uncomfortable manageable and the next steps achievable.
