Event description
The Moments That Matter: When (and How) to Start a Mental Health Conversation
Every leader faces moments where something doesn’t feel quite right - a shift in behaviour, a change in energy, or a quiet sign that someone might be struggling. These moments matter. And knowing how to handle them can make all the difference.
This session gives leaders the confidence and clarity to recognise early indicators, start conversations with care, and support their people without overstepping.
What You’ll Walk Away With

Simple, respectful ways to open a mental-health conversation without making it awkward or overwhelming.

Practical, human and grounded, this session helps leaders show genuine care while keeping their people safe, connected and supported.
