We offer a supportive, comprehensive and holistic approach to our Lifestyle masterclass, providing a carefully curated guide into the fundamentals of health and wellness.

Your day begins in our Prana Lounge with Renee sharing her teachings on Energy Medicine and the importance of Daily Sadhana and meditation. Renee will also guide you on a sample of what you will experience in one of her Energy Medicine classes.

Sharing her knowledge on food education, Julie will show you how to navigate the supermarket to make more informed choices, gain an understanding of the importance of plant based food for healing and the benefits of fasting. Julie will share with you some core principles that have helped her on her journey to wellness.

You will be treated to a nourishing organic plant based lunch prepared by Patrice Slanu Wholefood Kitchen. Patrice will also share a little bit of her health and wellness journey with whole foods.

In this masterclass you will be guided on:

• Energy Medicine and everything that affects us including our health from an energetic perspective

• Mindfulness and spiritual awareness and practices

• Energy testing food to gain an understanding of what resonates with your body and what does not

• Benefits of fasting

• Natural Plant based supplements and herbs

• Your home environment and the importance of etheric hygiene within the home for harmony (cleansing negative energy)

• Clean water source

• Impact on health by eating plant based foods

• Alkaline versus acidic foods and inflammation

• Foods that add to your Prana or deplete Prana

• Navigating the supermarket to make informed choices towards better health.

Upon arrival attendees are offered a cleansing and alkalizing lemon water and herbal tea.

Energy Medicine and Lifestyle Principles.

12:30 to 1:30pm –

Light organic plant based lunch provided by Slanu Wholefood Kitchen.

1:30 to 3pm -

Guest Speaker - Dinkum Honey.

For you to take home, Julie and Renee created a compendium outlining everything covered in the workshop, full of health and wellness information and a DIY research section.
In addition to your workshop materials and our experienced and informative guests, lunch and organic herbal teas will be provided to you on the day.

HOW DO I BOOK INTO A WORKSHOP?

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO A WORKSHOP?

Comfortable clothing that allows you freedom to move and sit while participating in a sample of what to expect in an energy medicine class.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO A WORKSHOP?

You will receive an information package about the workshop and what to bring in the lead up to the day. If there’s anything specific you need you will be notified. All of the materials will be provided so you can just relax and enjoy!
