The world is radically changing, and our social, political, cultural, ecological, economic and family systems are in great flux.

The uncertainty of this time can trigger in us a grasping for control, a bunkering down to more deeply entrench our existing world views, reinforcing our own sense of certainty; our ways of knowing, being and relating to each other and all of life.

Alternatively, this moment brings with it an invitation to release our grip on certainty and open to many ways of knowing, being and relating and unknown possibilities and potential.

What does it take of us to create and hold spaces that allow for new possibilities, new ways knowing and relating?

Drawing on a depth of leadership, systems and complexity theory as well as the work of great teachers and poets we will explore some of the key capacities for creating and holding threshold spaces - spaces that hold the magnitude or intensity that must be exceeded for a reaction, phenomenon, result, or condition to manifested that brings our relationships with each other and all of life into a new pattern or harmony.
