The day is structured around three interconnected elements:

Participants will build a shared understanding of where the sustainability landscape is heading and what it means for their organisation.
Practice: Hearing directly from practitioners who are embedding sustainability into business strategy and operations. Through real-world perspectives and case studies, participants will explore how organisations are moving beyond compliance to create resilience, identify opportunities, and drive meaningful change.
Application: Translating insights into action through collaborative working sessions focused on real sustainability challenges. Participants will apply the concepts and perspectives from the day to identify practical pathways for moving from risk to resilience and unlocking value through sustainability.

The programme concludes with an applied working session where participants collaborate on real sustainability challenges, translating strategic insights into practical actions that can be taken back into their organisations.
