Join us for an immersive Masterclass designed to help Aotearoa organisations move beyond viewing sustainability as a risk management exercise and build the strategic capability to turn sustainability into a driver of resilience, innovation, and long-term value creation.

As expectations from regulators, investors, customers, and employees continue to evolve, organisations are being challenged to bridge the gap between sustainability ambition and business impact. This programme brings together business leaders, sustainability practitioners, and the next generation of sustainability professionals to explore how organisations can embed sustainability into strategy, decision-making, and value creation.

The day combines strategic insight, practitioner perspectives, and practical application. Through expert-led discussions and facilitated workshops, participants will examine the forces reshaping sustainability, explore how leading organisations are responding, and work through real challenges to identify practical pathways from risk to resilience.

The day is structured around three interconnected elements:

• Theory: Exploring the sustainability trends, frameworks, and strategic shifts reshaping business today - from climate transition and nature-related risks to evolving expectations around reporting, governance, and long-term value creation. Participants will build a shared understanding of where the sustainability landscape is heading and what it means for their organisation.

• Practice: Hearing directly from practitioners who are embedding sustainability into business strategy and operations. Through real-world perspectives and case studies, participants will explore how organisations are moving beyond compliance to create resilience, identify opportunities, and drive meaningful change.

• Application: Translating insights into action through collaborative working sessions focused on real sustainability challenges. Participants will apply the concepts and perspectives from the day to identify practical pathways for moving from risk to resilience and unlocking value through sustainability.

The programme concludes with an applied working session where participants collaborate on real sustainability challenges, translating strategic insights into practical actions that can be taken back into their organisations.
