Event description

A clear vision serves as the guiding star for every organisation's ambition. It provides the direction, purpose, and inspiration that propels teams forward.

A well-defined vision isn't just a destination; a well-defined vision is a rallying cry that energises teams and provides organisations an unfair advantage in their market.

Moving from vision to value is repeatable, predictable, and achievable

Yet, if you’ve ever tried to deliver a product vision, strategic ambition, or experience vision, you’ll know that orchestrating a vision that brings people together to deliver value is challenging enough, while creating a vision that delivers exactly the right value can often seem impossible.

The good news is that creating a vision with traction and delivers the right outcomes is repeatable, predictable, and achievable.

This Vision to Value Masterclass explores the key challenges in establishing a vision, creating the right backlog, and executing with intent. The format is facilitated, focused, and highly relevant to visions of all shape and size, from a product experience, strategic vision, or a detailed customer experience transformation.

Topics we'll cover

By the end of this masterclass, you’ll know what makes a great vision and how to overcome the common challenges in their development and delivery:

  1. Lack of Clarity: Translating a visionary idea into concrete action and outcomes is often hindered by a lack of clarity in the vision itself. Participants struggle to define what the vision truly entails and subsequently what the right sequence of action should be.
  2. Execution Gap: There's a common gap between setting a vision and executing it. Many organisations and leaders struggle to bridge this gap, often due to a lack of well-defined prioritisation frameworks, overly defined strategies, and too much time creating roadmaps.
  3. Resource Allocation: Allocating resources effectively to achieve the vision can be tricky. Participants may grapple with questions about where to invest, how much, and when.
  4. Adaptation to Change: Markets and circumstances evolve, sometimes requiring a shift in the original vision. Participants need to learn how to adapt their strategies and stay aligned with their evolving goals.
  5. Measuring Success: Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect progress toward the vision can be challenging. Without the right metrics, it's hard to know if the vision is translating into value.
