Join us for a free and exclusive masterclass with artist manager and bass-baritone Paull-Anthony Keightley. Following an international career across some of Europe’s leading opera houses including Deutsche Oper Berlin and Staatsoper Unter den Linden, Paull now brings his extensive performance and industry experience to emerging Australian artists.

An artist manager at Patrick Togher Artists' Management, Paull will offer three singers the opportunity to further develop their artistry and musical interpretation through 1:1 advice; as well as, provide professional insight as someone who works side by side with artists such as Nicole Car, Rosario la Spina, Emma Matthews, and many more.

    Paull-Anthony Keightley

    Paull-Anthony Keightley is a Sydney-based artist manager. After his European debut at Deutsche Oper Berlin in 2018, Paull-Anthony was engaged as a soloist at Theatre Basel, Staatstheater Kassel, Luzern Theater, Theater Kiel. In 2021, he joined the Staatsoper Unter den Linden chorus, where he sang for 2 seasons. Before his career in Europe, Paull was a member of the Wesfarmes Young Artist Program at West Australian Opera, where he sang Colline in La bohème, Parson & Badger in The Cunning Little Vixen and Zuniga in Carmen. He received the 2018 Amelia Joscelyne Memorial Scholarship from Melba Opera Trust and holds degrees from the Manhattan School of Music and the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Paull was a prize winner in many important singing competitions - the Opera Foundation for Young Australians, Joan Sutherland & Richard Bonynge Bel Canto Award and the IFAC Handa Australian Singing Competition. He also collaborates with his husband, pianist Thomas Victor Johnson, as a vocal coach.

    Jennifer Enchelmeir

    Jennifer is a sessional staff lecturer in French for musicians and pianist for vocal and instrumental students at the Queensland Conservatorium and the University of Queensland. Solo and chamber music performances in recent years include a recital of contemporary works at Tempo Rubato, Melbourne, and chamber music at the Newcastle Music Festival. A “sympathetic and conscientious interpreter” (Clive O’Connell) her recording of Light in Dark, the complete solo works of Australian composer Tom Henry, was featured in ABC Classic FM’s 2023 new releases. Following studies at the Tasmanian Conservatorium with Beryl Sedivka, Jennifer pursued further training in France with Cécile Ousset and Odile Poisson and was awarded Premier Prix with distinction at the Conservatoire de Nice 2003/2004. She was a finalist at the 2006 Premio Fausto Zadra International piano competition in Italy. Jennifer has been pianist for Scottish Voices, freelanced for Glasgow University, Scottish Opera’s education department, The Melba Opera Trust and Victorian Opera, as well as working at the VCA and Melbourne Conservatorium as an accompanist and lecturer in French and German for singers. Jennifer was a vocal coach at the 2024 Lisa Gasteen National Opera School.
