A Simple, Practical Planning Method (Inspired by Big Sales Teams — Designed for Small Businesses)

Planning is the backbone of growth for sales teams. Every quarter, they review what worked, what didn’t, set clear revenue targets, and mapped out the business development activities needed to hit those goals.

Most small business owners don’t have access to that structure — but they will benefit from a simplified version of it.

This workshop brings that big-business approach into a practical, easy-to-follow format designed specifically for small business owners who want to set their year up for success.

What you’ll learn:

How to review last year’s activities to understand what’s driving results

How to set realistic revenue targets and sales goals for the year and quarter

How to look at where your ideal clients are located: in person and online

How to track your metrics

How to build a sales strategy and plan

We will use essential digital tools, including:

Google Sheets for planning, tracking and reviewing

CRMs for leads, contacts and partnerships

You’ll walk away with:

A basic Sales Plan for 2026

A Sales Planning Sheet you can use all year

A repeatable structure you can apply every quarter to help your business scale and grow.
