This program equips visionary leaders with a renewed and regenerative understanding of leadership and business, including the tools, strategies, networks and philosophies to successfully lead a purposeful organisation.

Danny Almagor OAM

Danny Almagor is our Co-Founder and Chair. He started Small Giants with Berry Liberman (who is also his wife) to effect social and environmental change. He has founded over a dozen for profit and non profit organisations, has served on numerous boards as well as non-profit boards and advisories councils. He loves to read, talk about philosophy, garden, travel and jump on the trampoline with his three kids.

Tamsin Jones

Tamsin is the Head of Programs and Head of Mastery of Business and Empathy at Small Giants Academy. She brings several decades of leadership experience and systems change in Europe, Australia and Africa. Tamsin believes the best way to predict the future is to create it, change moves at the speed of trust and the superpower of leadership today is our ability to listen.
