Learn to make delicious dishes with simple, honest preparation, without shortcuts. Unlock the secrets to building flavours and balancing spice, learn how to use raw and toasted spices and masalas, herbs, vegetables and pulses, chutneys, and pickles. The Barossa Cellar's onsite heritage vineyard of only 2000 vines offers guests their own unique piece of Barossa, with the ability to purchase a vine in perpetuity.
