    An open level class with a series of low impact, controlled movements focusing on mobility, balance and alignment, all guided to you by a certified Pilates instructor.

    You will receive a fulfilling workout that will leave you feeling refreshed and energised, a great way to connect with your mind, body and soul, whilst toning your muscles and building strength from the inside out!
