These mat Pilates classes return to the essence of the method: clear, intelligent movement that supports your whole self.

I teach Mat Pilates and keep it simple: just you, a mat and a few supportive props.

No flashing lights, no blaring music, no need to look or perform a certain way.
Instead, you’ll find thoughtful guidance, a calm and warm space and movement that leaves you feeling stronger, lighter and more present.

Each class is mindful and controlled, with enough challenge to build strength and mobility but always at a pace that feels grounded and accessible.
It’s Pilates as it was meant to be: clear, conscious and supportive.

Mondays 7am
Wednesdays 7:15am
Fridays 7:15am (new addition !)

Booking Options

Intro offer: 4 classes for $60 (valid for 2 weeks)
Casual class: $18
Class packs: 5 for $80 (valid 3 months)

About Your Teacher

I’m Laetitia, founder of A Journey to Mindfulness. My approach to Pilates is about more than exercise : it’s about creating space for people to feel present, connected and supported.

My classes are small, personal, and inclusive. You don’t have to “look the part” or keep up with trends. You just have to show up as yourself.
