Welcome to the first mat based pilates session to be hosted at the Market Square inside Prahran Market

On Sunday 26th January TrailerFit will put together an unforgettable morning flow

We are super excited to deliver a 45minute workout welcome to all levels looking to challenge themselves, you will go through building strength and balancing out the body with weighted and body weight exercises!

What's included in the ticket?

A full mat based strength workout, coffee, hydration and a lululemon goodie bag on entrance

When is it?

Sunday 26th January from 07:30AM onwards

What should I bring?

A light towel and a personal water bottle if preferred. We provide a lululemon mat for each attendee, hydration and coffee of choice after.
