Climate Connections: Climathon Waikato Roadshow

Join Climathon Waikato for after-work drinks, with a difference!
We'll be gathering at Matamata Civic Centre for an evening of connecting, networking, and chatting about all things climate action!
A couple of local climate champions will be joining us as guest speakers, and together, we'll explore the climate crisis and deep dive into how we can all take action for a greener future.
Entrance is free and snacks are provided!

We welcome those of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and genders to join us. It doesn't matter whether you just want to learn more about sustainability, or are already a passionate climate activist ... there's something for everyone to enjoy during this afternoon of inspiration and action.

The morning after the event, the Climathon Waikato team will travel via e-bike to Paeroa. You're welcome to join the journey too - we'll be departing from Matamata Civic Centre at 10am - meet us there with your own bike and safety gear. We expect to arrive in Paeroa at 2:50pm.
This will be the last leg of our cycle trip across the Waikato, designed to being local communities together to connect and take action, as part of the Climathon Waikato roadshow.
